A 23 minutes immersive film about the beauty of the universe

Mandated by the artistic duo Michel Lemieux and Victor Pilon (4D Art) to illustrate their cosmic poem, our team has conceived a film which was projected on a 190-degrees dome canvas. An immersive experience presented by the new Montreal Planetarium for its inauguration.

Continuum is an artistic vision based on reality, full of thrilling and captivating images and using inventive techniques to transport you through the beauty of space, with musical excerpts of Philip Glass’ classical composition.

Among the images shown are photos taken by the Hubble telescope, reworked into computer-generated images, as well as pictures of nebulae recreated and broken down into a number of layers in order to plunge the spectator visually into the power of outer space.

From the infinitely small to the infinitely large, a cosmic poem on the connection of humankind and the Universe.
